The fit was very small. I do have a larger second toe, but I have never had to go up this much. Definitely go up a full size. Overall, these are great. They did not have the best traction where I cross the creek on sometimes wet rocks. These offer more protection from rocks than other Vibrams but are less flexible.
I don't like the bright yellow parts: black should be black for me. These are the newest model that work well not only for my feet but for my preferred exercise which is walking. Great fit, good sole, and not too shabby looking.

I would return them, but I can't because I didn't notice the issues until I had been walking outside in them for an afternoon.
